General conditions of sale

RESERVATION

Any reservation will become final after reception of 50% of the total amount of the stay. This can be paid thru international bank transfer or Paypal. The balance will be paid at the riad, in addition to extras.

TARIFFS

Our tariffs include the Moroccan breakfast and are on the basis of occupation of the room by 2 people. Our tariffs are expressed in euros and include the VAT of 20%. The invoicing is done in dirhams Moroccan. The rate of exchange applied will be that in force the day of the payment.

A communal tax of stay of 15 dh per night and per person is to be added to the tariff of the room, as well as the tax of tourist promotion of 8 dh per night and by person, that is to say 23 dh (2€). These taxes are transferred to the Commune of Marrakech and the Moroccan National Office of Tourism.

PAYMENT

The payments will be able to be carried out in cash (dirhams) or by credit card (4 % of additional expenses for commission in the Interbank Center Electronic money).

Conditions of cancellation:

30 days before the arrival -> 50 €

Between 30 days and 8 days -> 50% of the stay

Less than 8 days before the arrival -> 100% of the stay

No show -> 100% of the stay

Administrative Conditions:

Valid passport;

Card-index of police force to fill on arrival with copy of the passport for each person.
